Jennifer A. LaClair​

Board of Directors

Jennifer A. LaClair, was appointed a director of Whirlpool Corporation in April 2020. She is Chair of the audit committee and a member of the corporate governance and nominating committee of the board of directors.

LaClair is the Head of Merchant Solutions at Fiserv Inc., a leading global provider of payments and financial services technology solutions. She oversees Fiserv’s global merchant-focused offerings to clients ranging from small and mid-sized companies to global enterprises. LaClair joined Fiserve in 2023 as Chief Revenue Officer and was responsible for revenue growth, sales execution, and client satisfaction through the integration and alignment of revenue-related functions across the organization.

Prior to joining Fiserve, LaClair served as chief financial officer of Ally Financial Inc., a leading financial services provider. She was responsible for oversight of Ally’s finance, accounting, capital markets, treasury, investor relations, supply chain and modeling and analytics functions. Prior to joining Ally, LaClair spent ten years at PNC Financial Services, where she held various finance and leadership roles, including CFO of all of the businesses, and most recently as the head of PNC’s business bank. 

Earlier in her career, LaClair was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, specializing in strategy, operations and business transformation. She began her career in international development, working on economic development programs in Europe, the Middle East and West Africa.

In addition to serving on the Whirlpool Corporation Board of Directors, she serves on the Richmond Federal Reserve Bank Board of Directors, including as Chair of the National Information Technology Committee. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
