If your dishwasher is eligible, please call 844-943-0408 to arrange service, and have your model and serial number on hand. Whirlpool Corp. Care Specialists are available Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.
Or, email consumeroutreach@whirlpool.com. Please include your name, address, phone number and the model and serial number of your dishwasher. Include the best time for us to contact you (morning, afternoon or all day). You will receive a return email from Whirlpool Corporation within three business days to schedule your appointment.
