ContactCenterWorld is the Global Association for Contact Center & Customer Engagement Best Practices. Every year Contact Center World brings together leaders in the contact center industry to compete, benchmark and connect. In 2016, the cXc entered into the best in class event to compete with the best contact center companies around the globe.
The Whirlpool cXc team was selected as a finalist to compete in the American Regionals, covering South and North American countries. Contact Center World received over 1600 entries and Whirlpool was selected as the finalist and continued on to win 3 Gold and 1 Silver Award in the following categories:
Gold – Best Sales Campaign
Gold – Best Community Program
Gold – Best HR Partnership
Silver – Best Mega Contact Center
All Gold Winners from each region (Americas, Europe and Middle East and Asia) were invited to compete in the Global Best Practice Conference in their respective category. At the World Competition, companies from 23 countries were competing and shared best practices. We are proud to announce that the Whirlpool team was able to come home with the following:

Silver – Best Sales Campaign
Silver – Best Community Program
In addition, Whirlpool was nominated and elected by fellow contact center industry leaders as 2016 Industry Champion.
