Milan, February 8th 2016 – Whirlpool Corporation has been awarded the Top Employers Italy 2017 certification that recognizes, among Italian companies, excellence in the field of Human Resources development. The companies nominated in 2017 were evaluated by the Top Employers Institute, that yearly establishes and measures specific standards regarding actions taken by companies for the benefit of their employees and the work environment, assessing both internally and externally 9 core HR areas ranging from performance management to leadership development.
