A broad groups of Whirlpool Corporation employees recently completed a three-day change management certification from PROSCI, which helps organizations focus on the people side of change.
Employees were selected for the certification from different areas of the business, from manufacturing to legal to customer service.
The newly certified change managers represent projects like human resources redesign, bringing products to market faster, and making sure the company’s service providers have the information needed to make efficient service calls. The PROSCI change management approach helps support the people side of these changes so that projects can reach their full potential.
