After a successful pilot program in 2021, the Possibilities at Home (P@TH) internship program launched in 2022 with 10 interns and expanded to 12 interns in 2023. In the first three years of this program, these students had a broad range of experiences including engineering & product design specialities, strategic planning, legal, communications, HR and more.
This program attracts a highly diverse population of first & second year students from various colleges & universities who graduated high school in and are residents of Berrien County, home of Whirlpool’s global headquarters.
The program is now part of our regular early career summer programming, and we are exploring opportunities to expand into even more Whirlpool functions. Interested students can learn more about the program and how to apply here.
