Whirlpool Corporation’s KitchenAid brand was named to Forbes’ Customer Experience All-Star 2024 list. The second-annual list honors brands ranking high in consumer satisfaction of products, services, and treatment of customers.

In partnership with the Dallas-based analytics company HundredX, Forbes’ Customer Experience All-Stars 2024 conducted an online survey of 175,000 U.S.-based individuals last year to gather more than 4 million multidimensional ratings of 3,100 unique brands. All worldwide brands and companies that do business in the United States were eligible, and brands were required to receive a minimum of 1,000 reviews to be eligible for the list. Companies were rated in such primary categories as quality, perceived value and trust. A third primary category on which brands were evaluated was treatment of customers, which includes the attitude and honesty of employees/representatives, and ease of customer service.
