Our Customer Experience Center (cXc) has launched a dynamic community outreach program as part of their recruiting strategy with Air cXc. Through this program, military veterans and military spouses will become part of the cXc and will work directly from their homes. The first team located in Brevard County Florida has completed training and began taking our consumer calls the first week of July. What a wonderful way to celebrate the 4th of July!!!
In an effort to reduce complexity for our military veterans and spouses the cXc leadership team has developed and deployed a remote recruiting and training strategy. This strategy enhances the delivery of service hours to our consumers while meeting the needs of our company, care experts, consumers and our community
Utilizing our lean and continuous improvement methods, we will be learning from our initial pilot team to prepare for Phase II of Air cXc planned for Veterans Day, November 11th, 2016. We look forward to growing this program in the Central Florida area and explore the potential for moving into other military base areas.
