Ryme Dembri is the new Vice President (VP) Human Resources of Whirlpool Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In her role, Ryme will report directly to Esther Berrozpe, President of Whirlpool EMEA and Executive Vice President of Whirlpool Corporation.
Ryme Dembri has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, focusing on leadership development and organizational transformation. In the last ten years she worked at Royal Philips, where she started in the Domestic Appliances business. Her last 2 roles were respectively VP HR – Europe based in Amsterdam, and VP HR – Growth Markets based in Singapore for the Lighting business.
