2015 – Integrating Indesit, after the biggest acquisition ever done. Whirlpool EMEA consolidates its leadership in the market.

2017 – From the EMEA HQ set in Pero (Milan), the Group markets in the EMEA region Whirlpool, KitchenAidIndesit, Hotpoint and Bauknecht brands and the most advanced home appliances in kitchen and laundry through National Sales Organizations in 35 Countries.

SUSTAINABILITY

In 2014, Whirlpool set and reaffirmed four Global Sustainability Goals of energy intensity, water intensity, zero waste to landfill and material transparency. Whirlpool has met some of these targets ahead of schedule. Through both accelerated projects and acquisition synergies, the company exceeded the 15% energy and water intensity goals three years early.
